Hi there. My name’s Niko.

My love for technology started in the early 2000’s, when you would have to drive to hire DVDs and online games used Dial-Up connection (if you know, you know).

I graduated from Griffith University in Gold Coast Australia in 2021. With my double degree in Business and Psychological Science, I developed a passion for UI/UX; paving the way for users to do exactly what they want to do, exactly how they think they should do it.

While studying, I took a graduate role as a data and insight analyst at illion Australia, one of the largest credit data bureaus in the country. Shortly after, they gave me a product management role for their newest product – a platform for businesses to check their credit scores. Within a year, I had onboarded tens of thousands of directors and secured continued advertising from 25 of Australia’s largest creditors.

In October 2021, I took a job at Auto & General (an insurer) to work on their digital sales platforms. In my role, I look after the sales funnels for Budget Direct, Qantas Insurance, and ING Insurance to name a few. My work is focused on empowering prospective customers to purchase insurance online confidently and independently.

In my free time, I work on my digital art practise. Over the last year I’ve been included in two group exhibitions and would like to do a solo one soon. I have a modest little following on Instagram – feel free to follow to keep up with my endeavours. I also dabble in competitive gaming (Super Smash Bros) and competing has taken me all around Australia, a few cities in Canada and hopefully the USA in 2025.
